More than 100 international experts and stakeholders to attend the EPFL Conference on IPR

International Conference on Protection of Sports Intellectual Property Rights - Lisbon 14 March

The EPFL has announced a prominent list of speakers for this upcoming Conference on Sports Organisers’Rights, which shall take place at the Sheraton Hotel in Lisbon, Portugal, on Thursday the 14th of March 2013

This high-level international event will bring together more than international experts and stakeholders to share views and discuss about one of the most critical threat affecting professional sport nowadays: the mounting threat posed by widespread illegal streaming of matches, digital piracy, counterfeiting, ticket touting and other detrimental practices which endanger sports organisers’rights and therefore sports economic viability, social function and sustainable development.
